MEET THE FOUNDER
Tony Ragoonanan (Full Name: Colin Anthony Ragoonanan), is a dynamic and engaging training facilitator, consultant and speaker, who transforms people as well as organizations through innovative learning experiences and processes to improve productivity and outcomes.
As a Training and Development Professional, Tony brings creativity, credibility and enjoyment to learning experiences using real-world examples and stories to support each employee in meeting their specific learning goals. His goal also includes providing organizations with the supporting performance management frameworks to align behaviours and goals, create the right organizational culture and maximize their performance capability.
With over 20 years in the sales environment for both local and international organizations, he has had formal training in Selling Skills by ERC Consultants (Florida, USA 2002) and Coaching by Licensed Coaching Clinic Facilitator, Edwin Martinez (Dominican Republic, 2010). Tony has experience on the front line, in sales, as well as a trainer and manager for Abbott Nutrition International (a global company with over US$8 billion in sales annually) where he received awards for Sales Team of the Year in 2007 and 2009 as well as Manager of the Year 2009. His duties exposed him to all major distribution companies, health care professionals, hospitals, schools and service companies in the Caribbean region where he gained first hand experience in learning how companies run their business, develop their people and maintain their corporate culture and reputation.
As a leading regional Training and Development Professional, he continues to partner with several companies in the Caribbean conducting detailed analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation (The ADDIE model) of both live and on-line training programs well as the supporting Performance Management processes. He is also a training facilitator at the Institute of Critical Thinking (The University of the West Indies).
Tony holds an Instructional Design Certificate from The Association For Talent Development (ATD), an MBA from Andrew’s University in Michigan, USA and a Bachelor of Sciences from the University of Guelph, Ontario, Canada.
